When and where is the festival?
Lost in Paradise takes place on 12–14 March 2027. The festival is in Northland, New Zealand. The exact venue is to be announced.
Can I buy a ticket right now?
Early Bird bookings are available by bank transfer. Complete the booking form, then pay within 48 hours using your full name as the bank reference. The organiser checks payment and emails a booking confirmation for manual entry. Other passes remain preview only.
How will tickets and entry work?
For Early Bird bank bookings, you receive payment instructions by email. Once the organiser confirms payment, an individual numbered Early Bird ticket is emailed for each guest. Each number admits one person and is checked manually at entry. Save your ticket on your phone or print it before travelling. QR scanning is not yet available.
What about camping and accessibility?
Camping arrangements, access information and age policy need to be confirmed by the organizer before sales open.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, except where New Zealand consumer law requires otherwise. If we cancel the festival, ticket prices and booking fees will be refunded. Read the full refund policy ↗

Change of mind
Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or can no longer attend, except where New Zealand consumer law requires otherwise.
Event cancellation
If we cancel the festival, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price and booking fees.
Postponement or significant changes
If the festival is postponed or significantly changed, we will explain your options, including any refund rights available under New Zealand consumer law. Contact us if the new arrangements do not suit you.
Cosmic Collective package
Your NZ$299 package includes a festival ticket, a T-shirt and LOST IN PARADISE accessories. If we cannot supply an included item, please contact us to arrange an appropriate remedy.
Requesting a refund
Email nzpsytribe@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used to book. Please do not send card details. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
